First session of the TTEC 6112 course for Semester 2/2011. Assessment scopes and course objective were briefed to the class. The percentage distribution for all assessments and all the dateline were also briefly explained.
For me, this challenging course requires lots of individual and group commitments. It is definitely different from other courses that I’ve went through previously. Now, the first step is to find a good and dynamic group members, to ensure the progress of the project will be in the right direction.
Today, we've been shortly briefed with the project scope and ideas. The basic ideas on how to manage the project were also been highlighted. Having discussed about managing the project makes me feel the experience and knowledge to be gained in this project could be very useful for me in my future carrier.

Your right bro, this is going to be an outright challenging course and it differs from any other subject that we have crossed since the commencement of this programme. But what an exciting prospect this is for us. For the first time we actually able to form our own groups, and are permitted to select our own topic in which we will go into in-depth research.

You are absolutely right bro, this course differs alot from what we have seen since the commencement of this programme, and it will be challenging. But what an exciting prospect that this is. For the first time, we actually get select our own topic to base our indepth research on, not to mention the fact that we have an extended amount of time to work on it.
